隱私權政策
NekoStash 是一款將連結、文字與圖片整理在使用者裝置上的收藏工具。
我們處理的資料
NekoStash 會處理使用者主動加入的網址、標題、筆記、圖片、地點、資料夾與標籤。這些資料儲存在使用者裝置上的 App Group 容器中，不會上傳至 NekoStash 自有伺服器。使用者主動匯出的備份檔由使用者自行選擇保存位置與分享對象。
使用者點選「使用目前位置推薦」時，NekoStash 會向系統請求前景定位，並將當次位置交給 Apple MapKit 搜尋附近地點。NekoStash 不會在背景追蹤位置、不保存位置歷史，也不會將目前位置傳送至 NekoStash 自有伺服器。若不授權定位，仍可手動輸入城市或地區搜尋。
當使用者收藏網址時，NekoStash 會直接連線至該網址所屬的第三方網站以取得頁面標題等預覽資訊。該網站可能依自身隱私政策收到一般網路連線資訊，例如 IP 位址與裝置的網路請求資訊。
我們不做的事
- 不建立使用者帳號。
- 不使用廣告或追蹤 SDK。
- 不販售或出租使用者資料。
- 不在背景追蹤或保存位置歷史。
- 不將收藏內容上傳至 NekoStash 自有後端。
保存與刪除
收藏資料保存在使用者裝置上，直到使用者在 App 內刪除個別收藏、刪除 App，或由系統移除相關資料。使用者可在 App 內刪除收藏。
第三方內容
使用者開啟收藏連結或讓 NekoStash 取得網頁預覽時，將與第三方網站互動；使用附近美食搜尋時，則會與 Apple MapKit 互動。第三方服務的資料處理由各服務自己的隱私政策規範。
政策更新
若 NekoStash 的資料處理方式改變，本政策會更新生效日期與內容。

Privacy Policy
NekoStash is an Apple-platform app for organizing links, text, and images on the user's device.
Data We Process
NekoStash processes URLs, titles, notes, images, places, folders, and tags that the user chooses to add. This data is stored in an App Group container on the user's device and is not uploaded to servers operated by NekoStash. The user chooses where to save and with whom to share any backup file they explicitly export.
When the user selects “Use Current Location for Recommendations,” NekoStash requests foreground location access and passes the current location to Apple MapKit to search for nearby places. NekoStash does not track location in the background, retain location history, or send the current location to servers operated by NekoStash. Users who do not grant location access can still search by entering a city or area manually.
When the user saves a URL, NekoStash connects directly to the third-party website to retrieve preview information such as the page title. Under its own privacy policy, that website may receive ordinary network connection information, including the IP address and details associated with the device's request.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell or rent user data.
- We do not track users in the background or retain location history.
- We do not upload collection content to a NekoStash backend.
Retention and Deletion
Collection data remains on the user's device until the user deletes individual items in the app, deletes the app, or the system removes the associated data.
Third-Party Content
Opening a saved link or asking NekoStash to retrieve a web preview interacts with a third-party website. Searching for nearby places interacts with Apple MapKit. Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy.
Policy Updates
If NekoStash's data-handling practices change, this page will be updated with revised content and an updated effective date.
